Hire a realtor with a marketing AND pricing strategy
When hiring a realtor, you want to ensure that the agent has a good marketing strategy which includes a pricing strategy! I find that sometimes sellers will not take their realtor’s advice on their pricing strategy and will want to price higher. Remember that when you hire a realtor, you are relying on their expertise to know a good pricing strategy for your home!
