Dec 2020 Market Update Wow! What a crazy year! The year started off with a bang in the early parts of 2020 and then Covid got us and sales production dropped drastically.
However as soon as everything opened up, there was a lot of pent up demand. Already we are starting to see a lot of inventory move.
December sales: * 7,180 sales up 64.5% from last year * Increases in all major home types
December’s average condo price was $601K which was a 2% decrease from December last year!
The single family segments had double digit returns.
With the detached segment averaging $1,240,632.
Overall sales price * Ave. $929,699 a 13.5%
Increase * Detached ave. $1,240,632 * Condos ave. $601k
Inventory: * Active listings 7,892, a 6.6% increase from last year!
