June 2022 – Market Update
Wow! The market has seen some significant changes from the ultra sellers market we had back in January and February of this year.
Let’s get in to the numbers:
Single family home results:
– Average price of a Detached Home was just under $1.5M
– Average price of a Semi-Detached home was just over $1.1M
– Town homes average price was just under $ 1M
The Condo segment results:
– Average sales price for June was just under $ 800K
Overall, Real estate should always be viewed 👀 as a longer term investment… even if you are buying in a safer market, speculating may leave you holding the bag.
