What is the hardest lesson that you have learned?
This was a hard lesson to learn and it is personal and business related. At the end of the day, people don’t change. The only people that do change are the ones who want to change. When looking at organizations or people, they don’t like to get out of their comfort zone, so change becomes hard for them.
