How will the housing inventory affect the real estate market in the GTA?
In the last number of years, we have had a supply problem and this won’t get resolved anytime soon… The government stated that within the next 3 years 12,000 – 13,000 new homes will be built to support those who will be coming to Canada and those who need a home.
